Raelene Caulley, Services Lead, Land and Air Systems/Vehicle and Tactical Systems – Thales

Raelene Caulley is the Services Lead for Thales’s Vehicles and Tactical Systems (VTS) business unit, responsible for service solution design, enhancing stakeholder engagement and strategic alignment of services within VTS, across Thales services communities and relevant industry partners.

Thales Australia is an international company that focuses on five market sectors: Aerospace, Space, Defence, Security and Transport. The company has some 61,000 employees with an annual revenue of some A$17 billion. Thales Vehicle and Tactical Systems develops, builds and supports armoured and protected vehicles, rifles, optronics, munitions and explosive ordnance services for local and international Defence Organisations.

Prior to commencing her current role in June 2018, Raelene spent 12 years building Thales’s Protected Vehicles Services and Support business from its inception into a successful services business employing 120 support personnel in Brisbane.

Raelene has significant experience in application of competitive enterprise systems for performance based services and has Bachelor Degrees in Business and Manufacturing Engineering. Raelene is a Member of the North Queensland Defence Advisory Board.
