Chris Gray, Program Manager, F/A-18F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler Sustainment Program – Boeing Defence Australia

Chris Gray is the Program Manager of Boeing Defence Australia’s (BDA) F/A-18F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler sustainment program. In this role, he leads the in-service sustainment and spiral development program for the RAAF’s fleet of 24 Super Hornet frontline strike aircraft and 11 Growler electronic warfare aircraft.

 

Gray is also site manager for Boeing’s extensive operations at Royal Australian Air Force Base at Amberley.

 

Prior to joining Boeing, Gray was a founder and managing partner of the KoBold Group, a business consultancy providing professional technical services and systems development, implementation and support for a range of defence and private sector organisations.

 

He commenced his working career in the Royal Australian Air Force in 1986, where he spent 12 years as an aircraft design engineer.

 

Gray holds an Executive Masters of Business in Complex Project Management and has extensive experience in the executive management, program management, and capital systems development and sustainment.
